This is for us. It's a holistic, postpartum guide to movement after birth, that is simple to follow so that our Mama brains can focus on the other important parts of postpartum. All exercises are low-intensity, and are appropriate for Mamas after vaginal delivery, Caesarean section, episiotomies and perineal tears.
